A Typical Day at Camp
Every day at our summer camp blends English lessons with hands-on activities, city adventures, and exciting experiences around New York.
8:00 am
Breakfast
Breakfast on campus at Iona University, fueling up for the day ahead.
8:45 am
Morning Assembly
Morning assembly with the full Sol Camps team
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Classes/Lessons
English lessons in small, level-based classes.
12:00 pm
Lunch
Lunch together on campus, a chance to relax and connect with friends from around the world.
1:30 pm
Afternoon Activities
Afternoon activities begin: city adventures, cultural excursions, sports, and creative challenges around New York.
6:00 pm
Dinner
Dinner on campus, followed by evening activities
7:15 pm
Evening Activities
Evening activities including themed events, talent shows, and social clubs.
9:30 pm
Residence and Lights Out
Campers head back to their residence for a well-earned rest.
