Refund and Cancelation Policies

1) Non-Refundable Fees

The $350.00 Registration Fee is non-refundable.

2) Absence and Postponement

Students wishing to postpone their studies or take time off, may do so with a two week prior notice. A $100.00 fee will be applied for such requests and spaces for postponement are not guaranteed.

3) Rejection by Immigration Canada

Students unable to obtain a visa are entitled to a full refund less all Non-Refundable Fees. Students must request for a refund in writing 2 weeks prior to the start of their course and return the original Letter of Acceptance with a copy of the rejection letter issued by Immigration Canada to International House Sol Group as soon as possible. If IH Toronto is not notified at least two weeks before the starting date of the camp, then cancellation policies (section 5) will apply.

4) Applying through an IH Sol Group Representative

Students who enroll through an IH Toronto Authorized representative, must obtain their refund directly from the representative and comply with the representative's refund policies as well as IH Toronto’s.

5) Cancellation and/or Withdrawals
