Does my child need a visa for Spain/France?
If you child holds a valid Canadian or US passport they do not need a visa for Spain/France. Only make sure that the expiry of the passport is at least 6 month beyond the return date from the camp.

What is the age of the students participating?
The age of the students participating in these programs is from 13 to 17 years old.

What nationalities do the other students come from?
The other students come from France/Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, US, Canada, Sweden and others

Who will accompany my child to the trip?
The groups will always be accompanied by a group leader. The group leader is carefully selected and has extensive experience with children, camps, travelling, a very clean personal record and speaks the language of the country going. The group leader will always have an emergency contact number and will always be available to parents.

Will my kid always be accompanied by an adult?
Your kids will always, at all times be accompanied by the program staff member in all the outings they will do as well as they will be around them while on campus. The group leader accompanying the group from the home country will also be with the kids all the time.
- Does my child have free time?
The program is full of organized events and activities and their day will be almost full. However there is time when the kids can relax and enjoy on their own or with their new friends

Can my kid leave campus alone?
The kids are not permitted to leave campus on their own. They have to always be with the program staff or group leader. If the kids is 16 years old or older and we have written parental permission they may be allowed to leave campus on their own always within program rules and regulations.

What kind of food will my child eat?
The food is prepared by professional cooks who work on campus during the whole academic year. There is a lot of variety to choose from and the quality is great. Meal options include:
- Grill stations
- Made-to-order pasta
- Deli stations
- Open salad bars
- Pizza shops etc
This campus has an all-you-can-eat buffet style where students can eat as much as they want as many times as they want at breakfast, lunch and dinner times

Yes there are. There is plenty of food that your child will be happy with

What happens if my child has a medical emergency?
Your child is covered from our emergency medical insurance and the program staff as well as the group leader will be with the kid 24/7 whether it is a medical clinic, hospital or just a check-up from a nurse

My child has medical conditions, dietary needs or allergies. Can he still participate?
Upon registering we will request from the parent/;legal guardian that we are provided with the most accurate information package that concerns your child's health as well as any important information that we need to know. As long as we have the accurate and up to date information your child will be taken care of.

How can I communicate with my child?
You can communicate with your child through phone (the residences have phones), internet ( there are computer labs available) or through the group leader ( through regular email newsletter or emergency phone call )

Will Sol Camps inform me of the progress of the program?
Yes the group leader will send out and email twice a week to all parents in a form of a newsletter and inform them of the news of the week

Is there any place where my child can leave his passport and other important valuables?
The group leader may collect upon request the students' passports and other important valuables and make sure they are safe until the return time. We cannot collect and keep money on behalf of the students.

What facilities are there available on campus?
Students can enjoy basketball courts, soccer fields, table-tennis, pool. And remember the beach...!
